Looking for a way to stop bystanders to look into Olga at night when the lights are on
Heavy draping would it of course, but I would like to avoid that
Dreamin about a foil that sticks on the glas, but can be ripped of again and reused
Any idears ?

Appie,
There are available "honeycomb" blinds which have a horizontal closed cell
arrangement. Those cells can even be lined with aluminum, yielding a very
good insulator, and complete blocking of light. Ours are now 14+ years
old; they look and operate as well as they did the day they were installed.
If enclosed all the way around, especially at the bottom, they
significantly reduce the intrusion of cold air, which is trapped between
the glass and the shade.
They raise and lower with a cord, just like a venetian blind, which makes
them MUCH easier to manage than would be your removable foil.

I bought 12 flexible car sunshades, the fabric kind that are reflective on one side. They are just about the right size to wedge the flexible edges into the window channels on the inside. Absolute privacy and a pretty good heat reflector in the summer time, stow behind the couch, and easy to replace if they break.

Appie,
Ken has given you the upside of those blinds, here's the downside, once they're down you get no airflow if you open the sliding
windows.
With venetian blinds you can set them so that people can't look in but you still can get airflow with the windows open.
