Has anyone installed the Mac Dash panel that has the tele-tale lights across the top and comes with a fiberglass donut that holds these lights and the dash? The part # of the dash is: MAC WIND PANEL CIP-MWR10.
Is it higher that the original donut? Does it block some of the view? Just wondering how you like it.

Here's a link to the page - it's the 4th dash down:

Thanks,

PS. I'm 6' 4"...as I sit in the cockpit, two inches on the dash is irrelevant.

Well, boys;

I'm glad to say I'm picking up my coach tomorrow with a new Mac dash installed. Will let you know how that works out. I'm also 6'4" so maybe it won't matter much to me.

You must be picking it up at COOP.
Jim B was doing 5 of the consol dash last week.
He has done so many, he can knock them out.
He will be showing our guys how to do them soon.

that's ight, Jim;

The Co-op put it in for me. When I talked to Mac as I bought the dash, he said that Jim B had installed more Mac dashes than Mac himself has!

I thought that a pretty good endorsement. I gather from Jim that it's one of his favourite upgrades to perform and he does all the wiring himself. anyone who would willingly sit in the middle of that pile of wiring spaghetti gets my vote for the job every time.

also had the dash skin and side covers renewed at the same time, so it's going to seem like a new coach from the cockpit looking forward.

I'm apparently so excited that I woke up at 4 this morning to get going!

Some reports 'from the road,' are upcoming.
