Hello all,

What size is the brake line from the combo valve to the rear brakes? Are they 5/16" or 1/4"? I know the rear brake lines from the hoses to the wheel cylinder are 3/16" but the line from the combo valve to the rear is bigger.

Thanks,

Jon

Jon,

Ref: Parts Book 78Z / Page 4-14 / Key 6 - Tube Assy

Note in the small line drawing the clamp around that line is defined as Pro. Loc. (1/4 dia).

Pro = Procure
Loc = Locally

It's safe to assume that the line is 1/4".

Plus that's what I remember it is.

I used the nickel/copper lines when I did mine. What a treat to work with as opposed to steel or stainless. Very easy to bend and shape. No more steel for me.
