Does anyone know this GMC in Tampa?

What would be a fair selling price?
Thanks Skip

Skip,

Just looking at it, it would be pretty good for someone married, because most all the mechanical upgrades have been done and the DW could knock herself out with the decorating and floor plan to a degree.

White color pretty good for a southern coach. Unique nerf bumper kind of things there. The galumphing spare is a problem, does it have the spare hanger? Emory used to store his behind the passenger front seat when on trips to Mexico, I think I remember.

Prices have gone down, but I think it might be a deal at this price, though most buyers would only look at what's not complete and not see what they are looking for, a turn key situation. So, it's a buyer's market on this one. Offer something reasonable with flexibility and enjoy it. How old are the tires? Check the sidewalls. More than 5 years, get new. This in one of those works in progress that if you completed it, it might return something like what you have invested into it. It could be a credit to the cult.

Look at Dan Winchester's GMC page and see if his ideas for the 23' Yellow Submarine interior are something you would like.

You might be bidding against some with the two or more coach disease! Imagine you are in the market for a decent RV. Where else could you find one in this shape notwithstanding? You have one caveat. Just maybe something catastrophic was found during the reconstruction like rusted frame, internal motor problems, and the fellow got tired of it for that reason. You have that excuse to offer less. I would see if Jim Bounds or Alex Sirum knew the coach. I know well how discouraging it can be when you make progress on the punch list only to have it increase in length faster than you are getting problems solved.

Oh, yes. The spotlight is classic. Can't get along without one.

I have seen this coach. Its a great foundation and most of the parts are there to put it back together. It wasn't a candidate for me due to the size and amount of work but if your willing to sign up for the work it would be a great unit when finished. I think he would take 5500 cash.

Not me. You might be thinking of Jim Anstett.
