Well I just pulled out the original radio so I can install the retrosound unit I
just got, and that old radio weighs almost 14 lbs! Talk about a lead balloon.
On a bright note my temperature control module seems to be in decent shape.

I just took mine out today too, and I was wondering how much that tank weighed and thought about how many more miles per gallon I would be getting now...glad you weighed it!

The only thing I am saving is the wiring harness the rest will be melted down to make a few trucks.

To bad, I am sure I could have repaird it or atleast used some parts from the beast Smile
Oh well nothing to about that Smile

By the way, did you the convector (Amplifier) next to the fuse panel in the glove compartment, and if so what did you do with it ?

Do you want the amplifier in the dash? I have no need for it. I intend to install either a Raspberry Pi or Ardunio in that location. On to a glass cockpit.
