Johnny,
The sign you are asking about in the 5th picture is a safety job site sign.
EDIT (I to) It was put there by the construction company.
If you are a worker or a visitor to the site that was not at the mornging "job site" meeting before work started that day - you must sign in as part of Ontario's regulations.
BTW - It took them 4 to 5 days to get that road in.
(as for my tenure - Gas pump junky, mechanic's helper, out of high-school, then mechanic, US Army mechanic, line mechanic for chevy dealership, owned and operated my own automotive business, now I'm a retired mechanic/business owner; who is supported in a style in which he like to become a custom to by his lovely Canadain wife.)
And why do you ask??
Tony

If anyone knows how to put pictures in order on the Photo site – Please let me know.
Thank you, Tony

I ask out of pure curiosity and I'm nosey. I thought the sign might be from whoever was in the place between your first and second ownership.
When we do antenna work, the riggers put up banners with the same sort of information, and require attendance at each days' safety brief.

I got to wonder how reliable that shot is going to be when the wind blows. Our stuff has about a 2 - 3 degree beamwidth both horizontally and vertically - a puff o9f wind on what's in the picture would turn it off.
Shortest tower I'm on is 500'. I have a couple of building top installs, the studio building is 35 floors, one transmitter building is 17 floors plus 80- feet of pole on the roof. My 2.4GHz stuff uses grid dishes which aren't so bad in the wind. My 5.8GHz stuff needs solid dishes, which ups the loading considerably. Won't work on a little tower like that without torque arms and guys.
Tallest locally is 1725' plus 70 feet of pole. It's ten feet on a face, and thus fairly stable in the wind. Guyed out at 60%, which keeps it real still even in storm winds.
The one we just swapped antennas on is a thousand, about as tall as we see in the city proper. ATL uses up so muich airspace that it becomes an exercise in futility to place one where we'd like to.

Johnny,
If I had to guess the towers you are talking about are much bigger/taller.
Anyways, here is a tower that I installed ONLY the first two sections. I had to have a company install the rest.
(Note: it says why I had to have someone finish it under the 2nd tower picture.) :d
http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/miscellaneous-pictures/p52453-first-part-of-our-internet-tower-being-installed.html
It was my first time dealing with concrete and having to be incharge of the pour myself. I must say I was pretty pleased with myself when all was said and done.
