I have five (5) GMC motorhome-correct 16.5-in. wheels to get
rid of. I needed to put tires on my other GMC (1984 box
truck), and being unwilling to spend upwards of $1k, I got a
decent deal on 6 used wheels and tires in good condition. (I
drive this other vehicle less than 25 miles a year.) Wheels
are original from the truck (soCal since new).
So, if anyone is interested, here's the deal:
Five (5) GMC wheels (yes, the bell-shaped ones, not the
cone-shaped ones), three (3) with usable 8.75R16.5LT radial
tires, two (2) bare. No heavy rust or damage. White (or a
recognizable variation consistent with their age). Decently
clean-upable or usable as-is. Tires would be usable for
short-distance transport, etc.
Take all - $100 total. Cash money when picked up.
Located in Riverside, CA. No shipping, no delivery, no
long-term storage. You must come and get them from my house.
Time-line: I want to be rid of them within the next ten (10)
days. Otherwise, to the Pick-A-Part or other recycling place
close by.
Any interest, email or:

16.5"
Some folks inquire about the originals (radial-capable) for
resto or other purposes. Yes, I know 16.5 tires are hard to
find. My Dodge van has 9.50X16.5s. When they go TU, new 16"
wheels for the Mopar.
Struggle to give them away? Nope. Sell 'em for scrap to the
steel recycler down the road. I'll come out about even.
Scrap steel around here is worth it's weight in... well,
scrap steel. With a couple other items of steel to dispose
of, I have several hundred pounds worth. I don't need the
wheels as I have 7 on my box truck and 7 Alcoas on my GMCMH.
If nobody wants them, to the flames they go.
