I just got this from a non-netter:

-----------------------------------------
The base plate I have for sale was removed from a jeep Cherokee. It's a
Roadmaster pn 1411- 2.

Looks as good as a new one. Price $150 obo picked up.
...
Do you think a pic will help sell it?
-----------------------------------------

He got it as part of the purchase of a Remco drive shaft disconnect for his
S-10 and has no use for it.

I'll put you in touch with him if you're interested; that's my only
involvement.

Tell him if it fits other cars besides the XJ, he should list them off and put the list alongside the picture.

According to Roadmaster - 1993 - 1997 Grand Cherokee (all);
1939-1997 Grand Wagoneer (all).

Just figured out what that preview button is for! Maybe I should use it:

Not 1939 - 1997 Grand Wagoneer (all) (Though that would be pretty cool. It's:

1993 - 1997 Grand Wagoneer (all)

That's better.

Sorry - one more update

Also fits 1998 Grand Cherokee (all) as well as 1998 Grand Wagoneer (all). Roadmaster hid that on their website. I guess I am trying to catch Rob Mueller on posts. However, since Rob doesn't sleep, never a chance.

Bullit,

There is a problem there.
When one posts to the forum, it goes to the original e-mail list. One can edit the forum posting, but that edit will not be reflected on the mail list as that message has already posted and will not re-post.
