Your "city hall" is an interesting conversion on the Transmode. So far, I've seen a mobile post office (aka "Larry"), and an Air Force Mobile Tracking or Radio System, used for Missile Tracking, etc.
I wonder what other conversions exist. The beauty of the GMC being its compact packaging, without the up fitter having to deal with the automotive portion of the package.

It's a great vehicle , it would be nice to see some of the other transmode GMC's photos , the one thing missing in mine is a bathroom :( , still looking for my travel one .
