Thanks for the link. I love the looks of a Cord, especially the 4 door versions. The mechanicals of a Cord, not so much. Oldsmobile got both parts right.

The Auburn-Dusenburg-Cord Musem has an absolutely beautiful Cord done for the 1937 New York Car Show. No chrome, all the normal chrome is done in copper, with a bronze main body color. Breath takingly visual.
My Father owned a Cord sometime just before WWII, or, after it. I was not there, so I don't know exactly, and have no family photos. Too bad.
