On this windy autum day I laid the new floor in Olga and found a stiff draft from underneath the bathroom
Now I foam the pit beneath the bathroom drain and that leaves the connection through the floor from the (new) toilet to the (new) blacktank
Now the PO was not the best of builders and it is quite possible that he did not payed ant attention to this
Anybody has any experience with this?

Don't forget: If air is coming in anywhere, it is going out somewhere else...like that vented panel behind the fridge! What a terrible design necessity...I'm not using the fridge right now so I just take the panel out, wrap it in a plastic bag and reinstall it. No insulation but a real good air seal. Reduces the exchange rate for all of the other leaks too.

Thanks to Dennis for those great pictures I do not expevt the PO to have installed that foam.
I checked the wells, they are fine and I build a new cabinet for the fridge that is a tight fit. Yes not a smart design

could have sworn I posted this but can't find it at all on the forum. I'll try again; apologies if this is a repeat:
on our 75 coach, I found there are some channels in the aluminum body
that run to the outside. For example, inside the propane compartment, there
is a hollow channel that curves around the back of the body near the floor.
This connects directly to behind the water tank under the bed. Useful for running
a wire for an outside electrical outlet as our previous owner did, but a big air leak.
Also, the holes they cut for the latches in both the genset and propane compartments.
I noticed a draft down low at the front side of the generator compartment box when
I had things all torn up. Applied some expanding foam, and was surprised
to find that as it expanded it came out where the genset door latch hole is
(ie, the groove they cut into the aluminum for the latch to catch into).
I assume the propane hatch side has a similar connection, so shot some expanding
foam into the latch hole from outside, and just trimmed/pushed it back
as it expanded to allow for the latch to fit.
Another big one is inside the electrical hatch. The plastic hatch box is mounted
flat against the body framing, but there's a big gap just above the bottom of the box
in between two parallel framing members in the wall (parallel to the ground).
This same gap is in our 73 coach (which is currently gutted so it's easy to see).

It is a repeat Karen, it was in a longer thread, slightly hijacked. Which I didn't bother to try and find.
But is good info to know, well written and worth repeating. Thanks.

Somehow on the forum your message got added to the thread:
<http://gmc.mybirdfeeder.net/GMCforum/index.php?t=tree&th=10017&start=0&rid=153>
"Drafting Guys Over 60 WAAAAY off topic!" That thread was from 2010. Seems a little bug in the software figured you are a bit behind and resurrected a 3 year old thread. But some have been replying to it. (IE no one noticed...) so it isn't a bug... Its an unintended added feature!
I am still amazed at how well the two systems work together considering how different the technologies actually are!
