Photos I took of the pitiful coach. It's on the back of the lot at Wade's Body Shop in Gainesville. Cuey says it belongs to the property owner. He, or somebody, has pretty much basket - cased it and left it open to the weather. Been there three years that Cuey knew of, since that's when he (Cuey) took over the body shop.
He says purportedly it has a new engine in. Given the state of the rest of it, I'd have to hear it run to believe it. Dipstick shows empty. And has a rust band on it above the oil mark, no telling if it was full of water at one time, or the stick just picked up some rust above the oil level. Suitable for parts, I suppose. Or, gut it and start over, but there are much better starting points for sale at reasonable prices. I've no idea what the guy would want for this one, perhaps haul it off as a favor. The Talladega folks might could use it for parts for others.

Walls and roof are peeled/peeling away. Floor - where I could walk on it - wasn't spongy yet. I couldn't get the motor hatch off, it has stuff stored oni t - seats, etc. Could be anything from Joe Mondello to Jasper. Although I'd vote towards the Jasper.

There really isn't that much wrong with it. Motor may or may
not be OK, but the inside isn't so bad that I would scrap
it. The sticker on the window means nothing. It could have
been driven long past that date.

So is this the Charlie Brown GMC for Christmas? The one that no one wants but still needs a caring home?
