No idea. Do you need to replace it?

When I had the oil changed the threaded portion of the drain came loose. It appears that it was pressed into the pan proper. Further inspection showed possible pin holes from rust (?). The threaded part was braised back on the pan and is currently serviceable but the other problems have not been completely solved. So, if I can find a new pan, I thinkl I will replace the old one.

You can probably get a good used one. I think both Jims have Onan graveyards. I may have one as well.

I can give you a prt #, but you would be wasting your time as they are discontinued.
I can get you a used pan n/c, but youll need to get the gasket.
That is still available.
We are an authorized Onan dealer and repair shop, so the gasket is a genuine part and it will be the same as at any dealer
Just pay freight..

Jim,

Back in early 1012 before I knew you were a Onan dealer I contacted M&D regarding a bunch of gaskets and seals for the Onan.
According to the Onan manual there are two gaskets on the oil pan.

Reference: Onan 6000W NH Series Operator and Parts Manual

http://www.bdub.net/manuals/Onan/Onan6kwNH_Operator-Parts.pdf

Page: 26 / 27
Ref: 3
Part No.: 102-0646
Part Description: Gasket, Oil Base Mounting

Page: 26 / 27
Ref: 5
Part No. 102-0734
Part Description: Gasket, Oil Pan

M&D provided the following quote for those gaskets, note that the part number are not the same, I did not follow up on that because
of the price of the 102-1408 @ $142.78.

ONA-102-1409 GASKET-OIL BASE $17.73

ONA-102-1408 GASKET-OIL BASE $142.78

Could you contact Onan (Cummins) and see if the above info is correct?

If we had some idea of where you lived, you could probably get a free one
from someone who scrapped an Onan. You must be a Forum user.

I have sent Jim K a PM. Thanks everyone for your assistance. I use my GMC to attend local rally's and to attend college football games and all the home games of the Philadelphia Eagles. The trip from home is about 2 1/2 hours each way and I can only praise the comfort of my coach. Yes it's painted green and white with tinted green windows. At almost every game someone comes up and wants to know all about the coach. Last Sunday one of those persons wanted to know if it was the same coach as featured in the movie "Stripes". Our coaches are still a hoot after all these years.

Rob is very correct, I am not allowed to be hooked up to our main server.
I just play with my lap top and try to do as much as I can on my own, then have the office staff help me.
