I do not even know if they work that way. Rob was nice enough to send me
one, but I can't seem to put my hands on it. I am on my way to Harbor
freight where my older sister has given me $200 to replace my stolen tools.
That was very nice of her. My dear sweet mother says I can pull out $50
from our bank account. That would just about cover a nice little battery
powered drill to take off my Lugnuts with. :-)

Google 'Harbor Freight Coupon' on your smart phone. A whole bunch of them will come up.

Robin,

I can't remember what kind of coupon I sent you; if it was a 20% off the total purchase be advised they are relatively "rare" in
comparison to 20% off ONE ITEM. Plus they are usually only good for 30 days if that long.

I'll keep my eye out for one.

BTW if you're an Inside Track Club member ($29.99 / year) you'll get them directly.

Well, your account does not list your email address and your not accepting PM's. I have a 20% off coupon that expires on 11/24.

I'm one of those mailing list people, so I don't have a forum account. :)
But I'm good, I was able to use the coupon Carl sent me. I posted a picture
of my ill-gotten gains to the GMC facebook group. :)

Hey, Robin! I bought a 1/2" Klutch impact driver at Northern Tool that seemed better than H.F. offerings.

If you have a Northern Tool close by, you might want to check out that option.

If you have original steel wheels you may find that any reasonably priced 1/2" electric impact wrench will not take off the lug nuts. I couldn't find one that would.

Probably OK if you have mag wheels.

My DeWalt 1/2 inch cordless impact driver will remove the lug nuts on my GM steel wheels. I admit you should have a fresh charged battery, and carry a spare.
Of course, the P.O. Replaced the GM OEM lug nuts with Alcoa lug nuts. Does not seem to be a problem. At this time, I don't feel like chasing 48 OEM lug nuts.

Tom,

I may have them if you want them. We put Alcoas on my son's X-PB a few
years ago. If I acted as irrationally as I usually do, the steel nuts are
in a coffee can somewhere in the storage shed.

Congratulations to Marilyn on her retirement (and to you). That means you
can come get them and save the postage.

Actually I should have 48 or so? 48 came off the Royale when I put on the
Eagles. You helped me take 'em off even, remember? Why didn't you tell me
then that you needed stock lugnuts? Anyway, I've still got 'em somewhere.
Prolly in the Royale.
