It's getting colder so I want to drain the freshwater tank, but darned if I can find a drain valve anywhere. Is there one? Maybe you just turn on the tap and run it dry? The manual has not been any help, as it shows a "typical" installation that is not like mine. I did find one valve under the kitchen sink but I think that is just for the sink lines. The tank is at the very back of the coach right in the middle. Thanks!

Although I have an Avion, maybe this will help. My water drain valve is located right next to the fresh water pump. Open the valve and the tank drains.

I just installed a new tank and there is no drain. I run mine down using the faucet(s).

I should have mentioned that mine is a GM interior. Your luck may vary.

Mine has a drain valve on the rear side of the tank. It has a 90* that exits through the floor.

I have a 78 Royale with a rear bath. The drain plug is under the bathroom sink and is very hard to see. You have to get down on your hands and knees and its located way in the back corner. It helps to use a flashlight to locate it.

YES!!! Mine is there too, way in the back, with a piece of hose that extends through the floor and exits by the greywater tank line. Thanks!

Probably every configuration is going to be different.  Mine has a petcock at the end of the tank under the icebox

One interesting note. The valve under the kitchen sink had a 90 PEX fitting that went into a hole in the floor. However, there was no hose on it. So it was draining through (read: running down the sides of) the wood floor. I had some PEX fittings and hose so I made an 8" extension so that it now drains well below the floor of the coach. Just something you might be on the lookout for.
