I found this item on eBay(eBay item number:161150059470). Is anyone familiar with this bearing tool and how does it compare to the Ken Thoma, the Warner or the one available at Applied GMC? http://www.ebay.com/itm/GMC-MOTORHOME-BEARING-TOOL-/161150059470?

That is a Warren Mitchel tool. I have used one of his pullers on two different occasions and had no difficulty pulling bearings.
When I made pullers I kind of copied his clam shell design. For the money it's a good puller. Not the quality of the Thoma puller but it also isn't the 500.00 dollar price either. I found it a little simpler to use than the Warner puller but not quite as strong. If you end up buying it, use plenty of easy lube on the screw and you shouldn't have any problems.
