Well gas is now only $3.35 a gallon here in San Diego
The folks on the radio are thrilled "lowest price in the past two years"
Big deal.
I guess we could get a team of oxen.
Nice place would love to camp at your farm.
Thanks
Howard

Tony,
Sorry you loose!
Check this article: http://tinyurl.com/oxpvlmp
http://www.chron.com/news/gallery/Ranking-gasoline-prices-around-the-world-65026.php#Ranking-gasoline-prices-around-the-world-65026/

No. 39 -- Australia, $5.87 Relying on fossil fuels for electricity is getting more expensive in Australia after the government's
controversial tax on carbon dioxide emissions was imposed last year. The carbon tax doesn't apply to driving, which means the nation
can continue to enjoy its relatively pain-free pumping. [Photo: Ally Clements fills her car a Sydney service station, Australia.]
The gas prices in Australia cycle like a sine wave, the $1.39 per litre shown in the photo is not at the top of the wave. $5.87 IS
at the top of the wave.
We can't complain, according to the article Appie has it MUCH worse!
No. 15 -- Denmark, $7.93/gallon The price of gasoline in Denmark declined 3.5 percent for the quarter, lowering the country's price
rank by five positions.

Howard,
If gas prices are your biggest concern; be thankful you are not living here.
I moved up here in 2000 and the average per gal price has always been anywhere from a low of 50 cents to a high just over 75 cents
per gal more than anywhere USA since I have live in this part of Ontario Canada.
Right now you find regular at 1.219 to 1.259 per liter or PRICE times 3.78 liters per US gal = $4.6078 to $4.75921.259 per US gal.
8o

I have hosted 2 rallies - both on acreages belonging to friends - one we
had 37 coaches attend and the other 24 coaches. Dry camping with
electrical power to a couple coaches only. Off site dump - about 10
minutes away at $10 per dump. No extra porta potties on site.
Outdoor breakfasts and dinners (bar B Q's) and live entertainment one
night. another night off to a local restaurant for dinner. Lunches on own.
these were 4 day and 5 day events. we gave the landlowners a couple
hundred dollars for the use of the land. Charged 8 for breakfasts, 20 for
dinners.
So all in all it was relatively an inexpensive rally.

Robert, I feel for you guys over there.
I just happen to be a US Citizen who moved to Canada, got married, and the MRS twisted my arm and made me stay.
I get a kick out of my US friends who always talk about the high price of GAS. So I tell them what it is just above them.
As my friend would say: "better you than me". :d
