This is a very good solution and keeps the clean look of the exterior lens. Just on the net recently.
If I had not just installed a different LED tail light solution, I would go this way. $35 is very reasonable. LEDs are a vast improvement over the OEM bulbs.

Thanks for the great information on using Harbor Freight LEDs. Apparently, they put out enough light. That's certainly a concern. Don't want to have the LED brake lights dimmer than the OEM lamps. I've already replaced all the lighting inside with LEDs. Turned out to be more work thinking about it, than it was to actually do the conversion.
