Should anyone be looking at this coach - I may have a new windshield available. I say I "may have". BTW - They come from overseas and can be hard to get at times.
Not cut they are $1,600 and Cut they are $1,900. Either way you have to add crating fee, shipping and insruance cost to your door. Note: If you want them cut - we can not guarantee they will not break while being cut.

I have been following this thread and trying to keep my opinions to myself.
BUT, NOOO WAY, that thing is beyond ugly. My son would call it "fugly".
You fill in the blanks. My opinion may be temporarily influenced by the

Jim,
Get Byron to come up with a swoopy paint scheme and it will look better than most modern rolling boxes!

Jim,
The first time I saw an Ultravan was at the Greater Midwest Classics Rally in Duluth. The owner had painted a smiley face on it and
it was "cute."
Let's face it the number of nice looking motorhomes is low. We're biased but the GMC is damn good looking. The slant nose Revcons
are OK. The Vixen wasn't bad, and there was one other one I kinda liked but can't remember the name, I was futuristic looking.

Not interested in the Ultravan, but curious....
What about the windows requires that they be "cut"? - And can the glass be installed without being "cut"?
Thanks,

Carl,
From the factory, when the Ultravan was first made, they cut the two outside piece of the three piece windshield. They cut the inside edge of each outside piece. Cutting them in this way would provide a nice straight for the center piece and thus make it easier to install all three pieces.
Yes you can and some do install the glass as it is. However, the inner corners of the two outer pieces of glass cruve inward. It also makes it hard to cut the center piece of glass to fit and makes the installation of the outer pieces a little harder to install. But it can and has been done.
