On the way home. They just got to Apache Junction. When they had an engine fire. The fire was contained in the engine compartment. I contacted someone in their club to see if we could have a Rally together. If their interested. I'll put them in contact with Kim.

Larry told me that he had bought three handheld extinguishers from Fire Fight when he ran into them at New Orleans, but he wanted to do some measuring at home before he ordered the engine bay suppression system. 8-(

We sold Larry 3 SS-20s in New Orleans and he wanted to wait until he got home to figure where to mount and measure a remote unit since his engine compartment is kind of mid to rear on the frame and very tight. A ss-20 was used, but the fireman in charge on the scene was also a police officer and ordered him away from the motorhome while they fought the fire. That is the correct thing to do. Protect and save lives first. ...then fight the fire.
Fire Fight is in contact with Larry and will help him design a remote engine compartment system when he is ready in his rebuild.
