What's up with the flat plate just to the left of the canister, none of my GMC's have that!

Rob,

What flat plate are you referring to?

If you mean the "flat plate" between the oil filter and right motor mount.... Drip pan on the floor.

Optical illusion.

I know it LOOKS like a flat triangle shaped plate mounted to the frame and going up next to the motor... under the oil filter. But it is the cement floor.

I thought it was a plate attached to the frame or something just below the carbon canister and oil filter!

Make sure you coach has a good engine ground. I didn't and had a small fire because of it.
