Hey Guys,
The coach isn't in Vancouver, but in Spokane, WA. As Rob stated, its
probably a relative selling the coach? Although its been garaged, and
exterior and interior look pretty good. But they all look good, until you
blowup photos and look close.

THAT one LOOKS to be worth at least close to the asking price. (But would need to see more to be sure.) There is a LOT about the coach I really like, but I can't seem to understand how someone could put that much into upgrading the whole coach and ending up with a dash/steering wheel like that. A couple of hundred would get a "drivers position" that at least wouldn't distract from the rest of the coach.
Over all a sweet looking coach though.
I am almost color blind and the pictures of the original coach of this thread (Spokane WA), hurt my eyes... who picked the colors? Someone is living in the past on the pricing... todays market wouldn't support half the asking price. (I'm sorry to say... )

Well, I guarantee he has more than $40,000 in this coach. Paterson engine alone cost $6,000-$7,000, owner did not specify who did the installation so another $1,000-$2,000 could be added to the engine cost.

Maybe for a certain market, they could get those kinds of prices, if the
coach was truly turn-key and needed nothing but gasoline with no major
maintenance issues coming up over the horizon. If I were a zillionaire who
was not interested in doing the work myself, there wouldn't be a big
difference between 2k vs 20k. Either are pocket change.
But the coach would have to be fixed up right and marketed to wealthy folks.
