Thanks. Sounds like you really took on a project. Our unit has had the motor and transmission overhauled and has new paint outside with new alcoa rims and new michelin tires but the inside was not to our liking. We decided to take out all of the old pieces and replace them with a whole different style. That is still in the works. I appreciate the info and am glad that someone else has used the styrofoam. Replacing the old foam with new spray on was going to be expensive and messy as well.
