Hi all I have a spare tire carrier that has small bends in the mounting plates that go to the frame. are these bends stock or should I straighten them? The reason im asking is I have to weld some pipe on because of the pipe on the carrier being rusted out on the mounting plates.so b/4 I weld I want to straighten the plates if thats the way it was stock. Thanks Dave

If the spare tire carrier bolts to the frame properly I would not mess with them.
