I was just curious about how far you were going to move the Pinto Bean? And are you going to leave the Barn Queen to the fates? Oh, the questions you raise,- Video's please.....just remember that without a little laughter these projects just become depressing. "The Phoenix" ('77 Kingsley) was (I think) completely redone at the CoOp appox. 9 -10 yrs. ago and now I'm having to do it all over again so I can share your @&($^@ moments! There is light at the end of the tunnel, this will be my 3rd MotorHome that I've redone, ( Not all GMC tho!) so it will come, EVER SO SLOWLY, --has something to do with $$$$

Oh, the Pinto Bean (the 1978 Royale) was moved a good while back to its new
location. See http://youtu.be/5SIqkLiZGAI

The current plan is to get the Barn Queen to the new storage location where
the Royale is. ONce there, both get lifted, and the nice new aluminum
wheels will be taken off the Royale and put on the Palm Beach.

Ultimate goal is to fix up the Palm Beach and get the Royale sufficiently
roadworthy that it can be rented to Buning Man enthusiasts as part of Mr.
Gourdine's operation on a fee split arrangement, with my share of the
rental fees going into upgrades

Mind you, this plan is subject to a whooooole bunch of caveats, such as
"Can I afford to do at least the minimum to get her in rentable shape" and
"does Mr. Gourdine want to do this sort of thing." He owns most of his
units and I don't think anyone has put a GMC in his rental share program
yet. Most people are sane and only have ONE of these things and like to use
it themselves. Having a "spare" servicable coach seems to be rather rare.

She's got a great name already "The Barn Queen" for all her years sitting, only slightly molested, in a barn.

Barn Queen is his "keeper", the Pinto Bean is his spare ("smells like farts" said his sister).

we have
miss kayla
miss natalie
miss sierra
miss shelly
just to name a few. there is no way that "miss barn queen" will be acceptable. I really dont know that i would enjoy stenciling "miss pinto bean" either. i was thinking more like naming it after his wife or daughter or first girlfriend. the sexier the better. it would be hard to rent out "miss stinky fart for 6000$ me thinks

Exactly. Miss Dana may work if it's not taken already , after my wife. Or
Sophie after our little Yorkie. :)
