On a rain soaked Colorado road, two jeeps came to a dead stop directly on front of me. They couldn't decided who should go first in a merge.  In slow mo, I lightly bumped the tire on the back of one of them, and broke my grill in several places. A$400 replacement is not in my budget, so I am hoping to glue the broken bits together.  Does anyone have experience with this?  Is the plastic ABS, or what adhesive might work best.  Thanks in advance, Michael Johnson

Sir: I used some stuff called plastic weld. reads for ABS. 2 part epoxy in a simese container. It will glue or fill. Will also sand and paint.

what chuck said.
just about any epoxy will glue it. you will not need much. I noticed my local hardware store carries a 1/2 oz sample tube (syringe style) and it would be more then enough to do the job.

The grill came off a 1973 Canyon Land motor home.

Thanks everyone for the responses, I will try to glue mine, failing that,
buy the used grill from Bruce, here in Colorado. Great support system,
hope to learn how to connect better.
Best regards too all. Michael Johnson, Longmont, Colorado
