Again redoing the dash and finding numerous wires unhooked or cut off,
What is the plug under the speedo? If you look behind the dash.
it has 2 plugs just dangling under the dash.

Is there a picture someplace of what everything is inside the dash other then a wiring diagram?

Also on this 75 behind the glove box to the right of the fuse box, is some kind of power supply. Would that of been for the original radio?

Power supply looking thing next to fuse block is audio amplifier for radio system. Mine is disconnected, since OEM radio is long gone. If not in use, can be easily removed without fear. I do not believe that the amp will work with modern radios, mainly because of common ground for speakers. Your mileage may vary.
I intend to install Raspberry Pi in that location. This will drive future glass cockpit.

That's what I thought Tom, What it looked like to me.

so anyone know what the other plug under the speedo inside the dash is?

Wooops.. Made a mistake.. plug under round gauge cluster right of speedo.

What is it?

Any detail pictures of the electricals behind the dash?

There is a drawing of the dash rear view in the MM. Section 12 (Chassis electrical) about page 20 or 21.
