The water tank is about half full. The E light is on all the time. When I push the water level button. The 1/4, and 1/2 come on. Any thoughts?

I think you read the highest light -- in this case 1/2.

Try filling it and slowly drain it down watching the lights.

I have pretty much the same problem only with me it's the 1/4 light. I am assuming when you mean "The E light is on all the time", you me ALL the time. Even when no switches are pushed.

I pulled my monitor panel last weekend and discovered a significant amount of mouse nesting packed among the rats nest of wires going to the panel. I vacuumed and blew out the mess hoping that would fix the problem but alas that was not to be.

I believe the problem lies with one of the transistors that control the incandescent bulbs. I’m still trying to trace out the circuit.

I may end up just replacing the whole unit with a SeeLevel 709-PH monitor system and add some sort of Generator control/monitor to it.

Where was the ground? In the monitor panel?

The damage was in the main frame rail to the rear.
