Arrived back home in OKC around 2045 after a stop at Sam's in Joplin for gasoline at 3.03,9 for E-10.87.

Stopped in Tulsa at Cici's for some pizza and then straight home.

Car is unpacked, but stuff not stored. HAR!

What a great time and great people. I have put my name on the list for a Springfield Ignition (Dick Patterson) Stage II engine and also propose to get a 3.70/3.73 final drive from Jim K.

Now to line up a shop capable of doing the swaps!

MAYBE, I'll actually make it to and from a convention in my coach!

Monstrous thanks to all those who made (and make) all this possible!

And what a treat to meet so many nice folks, especially some with whom I have exchanged messages here!

Photos of the somewhat limited OKC lunch box are in the signature below. Wish we could get to the same participation as Tulsa's crew.

Thanks for coming Mac. You will like both of the upgrades you mentioned. Dick told me he has 3 to build for folks who were here. Wish I had one of his engines. I figure it is the best we have available to us. I know guys who have one stashed for the future. I just can't afford to do that.
With the final drive you won't have to sweat the climbs.
Hope to see y'all in Montgomery with your Paterson engine.
Dan
