So, we're getting packed and ready to head to the multi-club Coos Bay
rally this saturday. Was wondering if anyone else has made firm plans
to take buggys, sandrails, or RZRs so they can head out on the dunes?
I'm hoping to bring 2 buggys on my big trailer which will mean I will
have to bring the SOB to haul it. We will be staying at the Box Car RV
park at the base of the dunes so we can have full hookups (didn't want
to take up GMC space at the casino's RV park). Really do not like
heading out on the dunes with a single buggy so am wondering if anyone
else will be enjoying the dunes? Let me know.

George and I are towing our "Things". We can't do much without paddle tires but we can let the air out of our street tires and probably get around enough to keep an eye on you. Can we buy buggy warning flags and poles there?

Hey;

Our initial plans were to leave today, but we're not quite ready.
We might get out of here before Sat, but we will see. We will
definitely get up to Riley Ranch to try and see everyone.

Kirk;

I have 2 sets of paddle tires on wide-five rims if you want to use
them. I'm bringing them with me anyways. Can take a minute and throw
them on your Things. There are numerous places to buy flags and poles.
Should be a blast...

Yes, you can buy the warning flags locally. You will also need to purchase
an off road permit too; good for 2 years for about $10. Flags are around
$15. There are various jeeps, motorcycles and VW's out there running about
5psi in their tires.
