Since I cannot get back until the end of the year I will be watching for lots of pictures and descriptions of the fun there. This year I was really hoping to get to go but was not to be. Oh well one more year to work on the Twinkie. It is particularly bothersome since Branson is so close to home. Hope to hear from all of you.

Mark, I was just thinking about you. Sorry you will miss this gathering. Maybe we will have another gathering at Du Quoin sometime. That will be even closer to you. Will post lots of pictures.

Du Quoin would be great but this spring I intend to see if I can empty Jims warehouse of upgrades and new parts for my coach. Then I should be able to drive it anywhere I want. Will have to find a way to carry my new Harley along though. How does one carry a 1000 lb Harley on the coach without interfering with pulling a trailer? Bumper mounted rack on the front? hmmmm have to think about that one.

Mark, I have no clue about carrying the Harley without some kind of trailer.
Keep your eye on the photo site. I have my camera here ready to pack.

Not as far as Harrington was or Montgomery is for me in the spring. If CA means Canada then Montgomery is real a stretch for them.

Mark,

Are you saying you want to carry the Harley on a GMC AND pull a trailer?

Yes I would like to take the Harley and the Seadoos when I go camping. Not sure how to do it but I am sure someone has run into this before.

My 3 rail trailer is designed to carry 3 bikes. To have 3, the middke one would need to be small, but my baggger and lowrider fit nice in outside rails. trailer bed is not much longer than my bagger.
I do not have any experience with seedoos, are they wider than my bagger?
Maybe build 3 rail trailer that is not short like my trailer but longer, seedoos on outer rails sitting back of harley which is on center rail?

Mark,

If you check the Operators Manual for your GMC I believe that you will find hanging a 1000 lb Harley on the front bumper will put
you WAY beyond the max front Gross Axle Weight Rating of a normally loaded GMC.

Hanging it on the back will probably do the same thing.

I reckon the only thing you could do is buy / design / build a trailer that will accommodate all three toys.

Rob M.

Custom drop-axle diamond plate steel bed trailer of adequate size.
Bike at front, use a "WheelDock" chock mechanism (www,wheeldock.com)
at the center front and mount the runners for the PWCs at the rear. Critical
that axle(s) be located at or just a bit behind center of gravity of the PWCs.
