My horn did work but stopped on the Royale. When I push the horn button on the steering wheel I hear something making contact but no horn. Is there a relay or something In there that went bad or just connections.

PS: the PO had the big horns on the roof that I removed but that was a seperate system with compressor, tank, electrical and chain pull actuator.

Thanks

Yes Mike,

There is a combination key buzzer/ horn relay in the right front near the isolator. If you hear that clicking, then there is a real good chance that the problem is just a bad connection between there and the OE horns in the left front.

Try pulling and pushing all the connectors on the horns and the relay. They have been a constant source of annoyance for me.

I bought a new service tach... I can't seen to find the problem with the old one. Oh well, it is old enough and doesn't owe me anything.
