I have the identical wheel -- took it off an earlier model Safari van
(just like an Astro except for trim and steering wheel).

I went to the local men's mall to get mine. Found the one I wanted in the
row of GMC/Chevy trucks/vans. Came back and told the dude with the tools
what I wanted. He came back with a Chevy wheel. I said "got to be GMC" so he
trekked back through the mud and swapped out the cap.

Happy camper left.

I painted the rim a dark gray. Mine wasn't leather wrapped but just all
foam. The paint (actually gray undercoat) held up for quite a while except
where my belt buckle touched. So I lightly sprayed there once a year.

Yes, eBay is a good source or go to a rally where someone will be selling
some.
