OK, can any experts take a look at these rims and tell me if they are right or wrong? wondering about the dome.

here is what he told me as far as center bore:
Tape measure reads 4 9/16" but a dial caliper only reads 4.560"
I am going to need to get away from my 16.5" tires at some point. they are getting up there in age. eagles are sure nice, but these are pretty cheap way to go. I only need 4 right now since i run the dodge rims up front.

yes wrong, those are triangular, the right ones are domed.
