I value the motorhome at more than $16, 500 but I realize that it is worth only as much as someone is willing to pay.
The best thing to do is review all the pictures, do your research on the GMC Motorhomes, then come see it and talk about what you believe it is worth. I will consider all serious and fair offers.
This is the 26 ft model with the olds 455 engine in it. The ad
http://madison.craigslist.org/rvs/3939170550.html
lists the majority of the upgrades and improvements.
The web site for more pictures is:
http://www.gmcmhphotos.com/photos/u1815-tom-lopez.html
This will bring up a lot of pictures taken during the reconstruction.

You may call me at 608-237-7054 anytime. Let it ring it will find me.
Let me know when you would like to come and see it. I'm located in Deforest, WI. That is on the NE side of Madison, WI along I90/94/39 interstate.

I agree, We have over $25,000 invested, but as with most restoration projects It is very hard if not impossible to recover your costs. We just want to be as fair as possible and have the coach go to someone who will continue to maintain, improve, and enjoy it just as we have. Smile

Tom, I am sorry you are selling. It looks like a well upgraded and maintained coach. If I was in the market it would certainly catch my eye.
