Howard,

I have a selection of the aluminum and steel ones and have used both. The aluminum ones I've used to fasten "stuff" to the cardboard
walls and ceiling in Double Trouble, I'm about to mount two magazine racks next to Helen and my bed and will use them for that too.

There is no way I would trust them to hold a visor on as they are aluminum and only have two or three threads in them.

Regards,
Rob M.

Jon,

They also make some aluminum ones that can be used for "light duty."
