My visor came loose. I need to take it off, clean the surfaces, paint the underside black and reattach. I know that when it was put down by Topeka Graphics that they glued and screwed it in place. I have heard that they use a special type glue that will stick hard to anything. Any suggestions as to what I can use?

Not sure what kind of bonding surface you're working with but maybe some double-sided automotive trim tape?

Hey Larry. I'm surprised it came loose if Topeka was using a good adhesive.

I'd use EternaBond tape.

Quick, clean, reasonably priced and essentially permanent.

I used somethng 5200 (can't remember the first name, maybe 3M). It was the
recommended glue 10 years ago. Mine is still attached.

I believe it was 3M 5200; I was told it would not release and once
attached, consider it permanent. I had to go to a marine store to find
it. I sanded the area on the coach where I put the glue. And I used ss
screws; two on each side and 3 in each front recess.
