My visor came loose. I need to take it off, clean the surfaces, paint the underside black and reattach. I know that when it was put down by Topeka Graphics that they glued and screwed it in place. I have heard that they use a special type glue that will stick hard to anything. Any suggestions as to what I can use?

I used somethng 5200 (can't remember the first name, maybe 3M). It was the
recommended glue 10 years ago. Mine is still attached.
