I want to temporarily block the speedometer cable connection at the transmission.  What should I use?

Thanks,
JP

I would put a rubber cup over the outlet and a small clamp on that.  Maybe Manny knows of something to do that,

If you disconnect the cable, it shouldn't leak as long as the gear shaft
isn't broken.
I you want to remove the bullet, there's a cap that you can tap in just
like the one in the front of the speedo housing and i have a few.
