It's been for sale at least since last December. According to earlier ads, the interior is rough and partially missing. Later ads soften this aspect a bit. The first price I have recorded was $12500. In early March, it dropped to $9k but returned to $12.5k in April.
Mechanically, at least from the write-up, this one appears to be a good prospect. But the earlier ads seemed to make it clear that the interior was scaring everyone away.

This one was for sale when I was looking over a year ago (don't recall the price). While it's probably a good deal from a mechanical standpoint (that is, you couldn't upgrade a typical unrestored coach to that spec for the asking price), the fact it's not ready to roll will seriously affect the price, since a total interior restoration will be quite expensive.
If you turn over enough rocks, you can find a coach that has a nice interior AND all the mechanical / electrical / plumbing upgrades, though you'll spend more than $10k on it unless the owner is in a desperate situation. That's your best bet financially, since the best money to spend restoring / upgrading a GMC motorhome is the previous owner's money! I got receipts for over $60k of work on my coach from the PO, and that didn't cover a lot of high-$ items or the cost of the coach itself. Long term, this will save me a boatload of money bringing the coach up to my specs, though the cost was a little higher than the typical cost of a "project coach". OTOH, I keep upgrading things so the next owner can brag about how much I saved him!

Due to the fact we will be having to relocate the door to the LHS of the vehicle when we get back to Australia and mabe convert to Right Hand Drive . I am thinking we will need to do a new interior anyway as it will probably be too hard to match the existing when fixing the damage done in converting.

I too remember this coach being on the market two of three times during the last several months. Previous ads said that some of the interior was removed so he could haul his dirt bikes inside and the niceties were not important to him.
On the good side looks like all the mechanical and exterior have had a once over with all the necessary work already done to make it a good runner.
