I got a mailer today in the mail from Harbor freight. Lots of coupons etc.
I think there is a "GMC tool" but I'm not sure if it's the right one. It's
only $13 with coupon I think. I also need to pick up a grinder and a
sander/polisher, because I'm going to start work on fixing up my wife's
boat after I get my coaches moved.

"They" are any of the various rapidly vibrating "cutter" tools that have multiple uses amd multiple blades available. Usually refers to the cheap Harbor Fright units.
