Greetings,

Has anyone else had this happen? On my last trip from Long Beach to Lake Skinner, the 91fwy was so backed up that the GPS re-routed me through the city of Corona. A couple of miles off the fwy the coach started sputtering, like it was starving for gas, then cut out completely. It started again without much trouble then it did it again a short time later. It was pretty hot that day ... in the 90s. Could it have been the infamous vapor lock I've heard about?

I have a electric fuel pump on it, but it is not working. Might that have solved the problem?

Thanks,

Yes, those are symptoms of vapor lock. The same thing will happen with a plugged fuel filter. Change the filter(s) and fix the electric pump and it should fix the problem.
