ok,ok,ok
it took me 2 days to remove the senson (stuck under the torson bar

change it, but now
- when does power te to the senson heater
- seems to be no power on the 2 white wires at the senson
- cannot find a print showing where power comes from
- all fuses look ok
- turned on the key, but no heater voltage

anyone have a clue. a print, a gun

I can't seem to get to it on this tablet, but I'll bet 'Driver's slides at
GMCRast show it.

Gene,

I think you have a Howell, original. I am going way back but I believe my Howell came with an unheated sensor. When I put the heated sensor on, if I remember right, there was no Howell wiring for heating the sensor. I picked up a hot, ignition activated, wire and a ground. As long as it turns off when the key is off, all should be fine. I would trace the wire up to the top side and see where it originates; probably at the ECM board or near all the pump relay, etc.
