Whether it will make the final cut is still unknown, but there is a photo of a GMC in the upcoming Anchorman 2 movie still.
I'm sure that the movie is not everyone's cup of tea, but it should have a GMC siting!

It looks like the front sliding window was removed on the passenger side. Punting Baxter is one thing, but don't go messing with the GMC!

I guess that they made it look pretty ratty for the purposes of the movie. Funny to see the fake rust stripes along the sides, which are Al or plastic. Both side toll windows are removed, plus other windows. No rear window. Movie magic.
Serious opportunity to display a GMC on movie opening day, if you could arrange it.

The Stripes Urban Asault Vehicle it ain't. Looks like Michael Jackson's old coach that had the Three Stooges painted in the same spot on the side.

they seem to have removed the roof skin- but the structural members are intact.
they smashed out the grille- but the radiator surge tank is at the
proper level with coolant so new it practically glows
they yanked the propane tank, pulled some of the rub rail off its
metal, and added rust, but the airbags are up.
This thing is probably not really that far from usability. Re-skinning
the roof is major major work, but that's almost all of it right there.
Mechanically, i'll bet it's fine.

I bet somewhere in the movie they explain the condition of the coach. Most likely something like "National Lampoon's Vacation" and the Family Truckster.
It MIGHT show how well our coaches are built... but wouldn't bet on it.
