I don't know if this is a good deal - I think it is - for 7" headlamps with replaceable bulbs.

The bulbs are not included.

Yes LArry, that is about the going rate now for a pair of those. Used to be much higher priced. I like the clear lense better than these but one must be careful because they are not all created equal.

Yes. You can find cheaper with city lights (India made)on Fleabay, but that's a good headlight at a decent price.

I have a set of these on my '78. Being Bosch, they have a better pattern than the eBay ones (Autopal) with city lights. And even the Autopal (ebay) lights were better than the normal sealed beams. <http://m000035.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html>

I later changed the headlights to the Bus Depot Bosch H4 lights Larry was asking about. Note they are considered "motorcycle use only" by US DOT. While fairly happy with the high beam, the low beam isn't quite as wide as I would like... but still better than any other 7" headlight I have tried.

Maybe I am just to picky... I think I might just have to get some cornering lights.

I bought a set of these to replace the Halogen headlights that I put in to replace the standard lamps that were in when I bought the coach. I found that they were only just as bright as the halogen and did not have as good of coverage as the Halogen lamps. I took them out and put the Halogen's back in. JFWIW

What is the purpose of "city lights"?

"Colloquial city light terminology for front position lamps derives from the practice, formerly adhered to in cities like Moscow, London and Paris, of driving at night in built-up areas using these low-intensity lights rather than headlamps.[21] It is now illegal in many countries to drive a vehicle with parking lamps illuminated, unless the headlamps are also illuminated."
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Automotive_lighting>

Basically they are now used like parking or marker lights.
