Hello all,

It is me again with another question. Smile

Do 4kW Generators slide out like 6kW? I see how the big ones come out but can figure the little one out. It looks like it is bolted directly to the frame. See the attached video:




With that said, how do you remove the air filter? The cover must be moved to the right (towards the back of the coach) to get to the element. And how do you get to the back spark plug?

OEM Onan 4kw generators slide out in a power drawer. Yours is not OEM. A PO has replaced it with a newer model, and seems to have omitted the power drawer with its slides.

The generator in the video is a new style generator and is NOT the "power drawer" style installed in our coaches originally.

Doesn't look like it slides out.

(Not much help for you... ) Rolling Eyes
