Cleaning out the new GMC I fell over 2 mystery hoses, hope someone can tell me what they are ? before I start cutting them
Behind the fridge ( right side) and running forwards are 2 black rubber hoses about 3/4 to 1" thick. The are not connected in the rear and I have no idear where they end in the front

BTW fantastic cutting out rotten floorboard to find clean and shining alu instead of rosted iron Very Happy

Appie,

Might be heater hoses running from engine to hot water tank in rear.

Like what Jerry said, most likely the pre-heat or engine assist hoses for the water heater. If not connected in the back (in the bathroom) they are most likely not connected in the front at the engine or you'd have a massive engine coolant leak!

I'd look before cutting...

OBTW: I like the engine heating the hot water when traveling. Does get VERY hot though and might be a safety hazard to some.

Right I do not know why, but I expected those to be on the other side.

You may want to use the old to help snake through new hoses. It's a nice feature and I know it gets chilly in your country.
