John,
Saw this GMC at an rv repair place. TZE365V100032
I was told that the owner has moved from CA. to TN., and the coach is for sale. They didn't know what the owner is asking, yet.
Supposedly the engine and trans have been rebuilt, it does need tires before it goes too far, frame (at a glance) looks ok.
On a scale of 1 to 10, from outside looking in (door locked) I would put it at 2 maybe 3. This coach has been a yard ornament for a while.
