Whatever. If it weighs over ten pounds find someone else, ha.
I have had this problem since a bad motorcycle wreck back in 91. It just seems the older I get the more often it happens. Helped Jim Bounds lift a tranny last time in Dothan and Teri never let me live that one down. Took a while to get over it. When I act appropriately I seem to have little trouble. Supposed to use a cane but too young for that so I make do. I must say that I feel very fortunate. Not complaining at all. Life is good. Morphine is not my chosen drug but it worked today. Very Happy

Dan,

Do you do back specific exercises? I have a chronic back problem and the last time it went "bad" (3 days in bed) I got a script for physical therapy and learned a 3x week 30 minute routine which has kept me going for the longest time ever with no relapse.

Just saying - you might want to check that out.

Neil, amen to that bro. I had the exact experience with my back. 15 minutes of core and 15 of hamstring stretching 3 days a week and I'm symptom free.

Thanks Neil. I go to doctor in the morning. Been a rough few days. I did sleep good last night. Good drugs. Will find out what will be next in the morning.
Sandra, All I got to do is run around and be the cheerleader at the ice cream socials anyway. There are always plenty of volunteers to do the actual work of dipping. Don't worry, the ice cream will be dipped. Very Happy

Maybe the club should invest in some big heavy soft serve machines to ship to each convention. That way you just pull the lever... No tedious scoooping. Feel better Dan!
