I guess this question is for Mr. C. Boyd.

As you may recall, I have a 1981 Olds Cutlass that has been sitting in the pasture since 1993 or so.

I was thinking about removing some other stuff, and it dawned on me that if I am going to haul my toolbox out there I might as well get serious and get everything off it that has any value.

Is the steering column worth removing?

Yes, If it is tilt and has the switches on the stalk.

Actually since you can use the GMC shifter housing you could use it as a donor if it was a floor shift model.
