Good morning
I have just taken possession of my new Glenbrook. Where are the house
batteries located. None in coach and do not see a place to put them.
Any help appreciated
Marcel in New Mexico

Marcel,
Look in the Onan compartment- Remove the aluminium plate with the round vent in it- aft of the generator. OEM location- may have been relocated by PO.

I do not leave the buzz box plugged in.  I have not been diligent about maintaining them but don't abuse them.  For the last few years I have used a cheap harbor freight trickle on them.  I just switched to the progressive dynamics smart charger last week.  Fill the water about once a year.

Mike

How often and for how long is the buzz box plugged in?  Are  you using a trickle charger to keep the charge topped off?

House battery may also be inside the coach, under the bed in the rear, if you have rear bed. Hard to tell where the P.O. Put the battery if moved from original spot. Generally on the driver side of the coach.

Should have a large red cable leading from the boost solenoid to the rear of the coach. Find the other end, battery should be there. Smile. If this big red cable is not present, someone may have removed the house battery.
